HIQTF — Human Indemnity Quantum Transmission Framework
HIQTF solves a specific problem: how do you deliver a high-severity alert, payment authorisation or sensor reading so that no intermediate node can silently rewrite it, even in a world where a future quantum computer can break today's transport encryption?
The framework combines post-quantum primitives (ML-KEM / ML-DSA), a zero-trusted-node routing model and an indemnity layer that produces a tamper-evident receipt the receiving party can defend in audit.
