Post-quantum security explained
Post-quantum security is the migration from cryptography that a future quantum computer could break (RSA, ECC) to cryptography it cannot (NIST FIPS 203 ML-KEM, FIPS 204 ML-DSA, FIPS 205 SLH-DSA). The migration has to start now, because attackers are already copying encrypted data to decrypt later.

A credible migration is five phases: cryptographic inventory, harvest-now-decrypt-later risk model, HSM/KMS upgrade, hybrid TLS rollout, then full PQC with continuous supply-chain assurance. Each phase produces an artefact a regulator can examine.
