What is a quantum SOC?
A quantum SOC is a security operations centre that adds two things to a classical SOC: quantum-inspired detection (spectral techniques that find correlated weak signals across telemetry) and post-quantum-safe out-of-band transmission for high-severity alerts. The analyst remains in command; the machine widens what they can see and shortens what they have to read.

The detection layer typically uses spectral graphing on identity, endpoint and network telemetry, combined with cognitive-load signals from the operators themselves. The transmission layer uses a zero-trusted-node framework (JAQL calls this HIQTF) so a critical alert cannot be silently rewritten by a compromised intermediate node.
'Quantum SOC' does not require a quantum computer. The methods are quantum-inspired and run on classical infrastructure.
